If you use any thing, please provide a link in your description either to my front page or the page of the stock picture. Also I ask you let me know some how, either post me a note, comment on the stock page you used, put an entry in my journal or leave a message on the answering machine if I’m out , I WILL comment I ain’t nasty.

Please only use my stuff inside DA, I am not arsy, if you want to use outside just ask, sure we can come up with a plan.

My stock is provided free to the users of DA and for this reason I stipulate that it is to be used within DA and only within DA .. I have had a number of requests recently from peeps who have been on DA for like 5 minutes, have never used my stock in their work, and don't even watch or fave my stuff, coming along to ask me if they can use my stock outside DA .. Please, in the future, DON'T ASK ... If you think that just joining DA make's things different .. It doesn't .. If you have used my stock (I do check your gallery) and have been a member for more than 3 days (<- thats sarcasm for the ones who seem to not get it :S) then I will consider it ... Regular users of my stock will nearly always get a 'Yes' but just have the courtesy to ask.

I have no issue with my stock being used in the sudden outburst of Horse manipulations that seem to be spreading acrioss D.A. but please do not ask me if your dev can be used ourtside of D.A. for PonyWorld, HorseBox, HolyHorse&onyMegaRPGFantasyWorldPart7EpicDragonWarVersion, Final Fillie X-2 or what ever horse related rpg site you happen to reside on, cos the answer I am sorry will be no.

If you want to use my stock for Avatars, journal back grounds or account I.D's then please ask up front .. I have never refused and probably won't just please ask through courtesy BUT ASK UPFRONT

As of today (11 Oct 2007) I kindly ask that you do not repost any work that utilities my stock as stock in your own right. I don't want to stop people doing work with my stock as manips them selves, but as hard as you try to get people to credit the original stock provider they are just not following the rules and getting back to me and this is getting to be a pain so sorry as of now I as you to post anything as a NONE STOCK dev .. thanks

I have granted FULL blanket permissions for my stock to be used INSIDE DA for prints ... all I ask is that you drop me a note to tell me about your dev and that you just let me know you are submitting for a print, no email is needed from myself to the print admin team now .... Please this does NOT grant you print or commercial usage outside DA without express permission from myself.

Please DO NOT use my stock for commercial competitions run either inside or outside D.A. this does not affect you using my stock on contests run within D.A. by fellow artists like =ManipulateThis or other stock artist friends of mine, it is purely for commercial work, This is stuff like the recent Delerium album cover contest run by DA. If you do I WILL contact the people and ask for it to be removed from their contest ... I know this may sound a little harsh but it is MY artwork and generally I will not get credited in the contest and it could be seen the world over ...

If you use my stock, you MUST credit me ... I have seen some devs that have used my picture's but with no acknowledgment. I have never asked for anything to be removed from DA and I don't want to make you the first victim. I know my stuff is in the public eye and you can get your own picture's if you want (or lived in England) but I have gone to the effort to share this stuff with you and you have spent the time doing your dev, so the least you can do is spend 10 seconds to credit me.
