Over the time I have been posting stock to DeviantART I have had a few people come to me asking for information about the locations that I get my stock from. Whether they be people in England wanting to get out or people from outside the U.K. coming here on holiday/vacation and others with a general interest in what I have, so I have decided to do a round up for those who are interested ..
Here I will try and post websites containing information, history and maps to the locations that I have been to so if you are coming to England and would like to check out the locations for your self then you can find the info you need. I will add to this over time as I visit more sites and find some info ...

Ok how to read this guide :-
The locations are split in to the main categories of Abbeys Churches Cathedrals or things related to them directly, Castles and keeps and finally Stately Homes (or mansions)
For each entry you will have a name , The historic charity that it comes under, an link to the charity's web page (Cadw and Historic Scotland links screw up in DA so I will have to link to an alternative site but I will also re-post Cadw's and Historic Scotland's link so you can do a manual search), A link to a Wikipedia entry for history about the place and finally a link to Google maps or similar site so you can find the location should you want to visit. I will include a brief description of the place and finally link to some photos in my gallery that were taken at the location so if you have a desire to go and see The Cellarium then you can see the pics it links back too
